Intents
The things a caller can want. Each intent maps to a layer, an API call, a handoff, or an outbound dial.
Design a production-ready voice agent by talking to your coding agent. A guided three-step pipeline turns intents and slots into validated, deployable Bot JSON.

voicenter-bot-builder is a three-skill Claude Code pipeline that designs a deployable Voicenter voice agent (voicebot) through a guided interview and emits validated Bot JSON. It is build-time tooling — you run it once per bot, not on every call. Each skill owns a single job and hands off through one source of truth: the shared agent-spec.md file. No skill invents values; the spec is the truth.
THREE SKILLS, ONE SHARED SPEC — HANDOFF VIA agent-spec.md
If you have built an IVR or a chatbot, this will feel familiar. The pipeline captures a bot as a small set of well-defined concepts and turns them into deployable configuration.
The things a caller can want. Each intent maps to a layer, an API call, a handoff, or an outbound dial.
The data the bot collects; typed parameters (name, phone, ID number, date…), each with its own validation.
How the bot confirms or repairs each slot in natural speech, to get clean data without sounding robotic.
Identity, tone, and the prompt bundle that gives the agent a consistent voice across the conversation.
The relations between intents: how the conversation moves from step to step, including transitions and fan-outs.
What the agent does when the caller goes quiet: how long to wait, what to say, and where to go if silence persists.
The assembler runs two blocking pre-flight gates — completeness, then a strict-template parse — followed by a 14-check cross-reference pass, of which 11 checks are blocking. It will not guess a missing value, smooth over a deviation, or auto-fix a violation. It refuses to assemble if any intent is still incomplete or if the spec deviates from the strict template.
Gate A completeness → Gate B strict-template parse → 14-check cross-reference → bot-<name>-<date>.json
