This document describes and governs the use of Voicenter AI call transcription and insights (“Voicenter AI”) - provided by Voicenter in its facilities as part of Voicenter communication services.

  1. Description of the service:

While taking advantage of Voicenter Contact center communication and telephony services - you can now join the AI era and gain valuable insights on the content of the calls made in our platform.

A secured and closed-network design to analyze call center data and call recordings using highly innovative internal Artificial Intelligence and LLM tools to meet the required flexibility derived from this dynamic new technologies while guaranteeing the security and privacy of information.

By default - all AI processing of customer content done without the use of external 3rd party AI solutions, unless a dedicated External LLM was implemented and integrated by the customer specific instructions. 

The Solution operates within a secure network environment and is intended solely for the purpose of enhancing call center operations and performance to meet the client’s requirements and demands.

  1. Data Security:

The Company is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data processed through its facilities. All data, including call center data and call recordings, are stored and processed within the closed network environment. The Company employs robust security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of data.

  1. Non-Disclosure of Data:

Under no circumstances does the Company transfer, share, or disclose any data processed through the Solution outside of the closed network environment. All data remains securely within the confines of the closed network and is not transmitted or accessed by any external parties without explicit authorization.

The Company complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations governing the collection, processing, and storage of data as stated in our General Terms and Conditions and company Privacy Policy statement. Users of the service are responsible for ensuring compliance with their respective legal obligations regarding data protection and privacy.

By accessing or using the Solution, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Disclaimer. Failure to comply with the terms outlined herein may result in the termination of access to the Solution.
