Kick Off Call

We’ve signed contract and now it's time to prepare for takeoff. A project representative will contact you to set a date for an initial discovery call: 

 

Here we will focus on your organization’s technical and business aspects to ensure an optimal experience.

 

If you have the following details, please prepare them for the call:

 

Users and extensions: usernames, extension type (softphone, IP phone, mobile), extension settings (email, existing speed dial number)

 

Call router: how incoming calls are directed to different extensions, including any relevant recordings

 

Numbers to be ported (if any): name of current provider, name of any current telephony service if any

 

Technical Specs: operating system (computers), internet provider, internet speed, router type, switch, permanent IP address if any

Installation

Time to turn vision reality.

 

After the discovery call and implementation process where we set up our systems to your organization’s business needs comes the time to have our systems installed.

 

We will conduct a fast, efficient and high-quality installation to ensure a smooth transition and seamless business operations from day one.

 

Personal Training Session

After installation, we will schedule a personal training session custom made for your needs.

 

During this training we will focus on the management interface, reports, dashboards and other functions in order to ensure correct and efficient use of the system.

 

Summary Call

We at Voicenter believe the pursuit of excellence.

 

Therefore as part of our quality control , our Customer Success department will make sure to call you and check in after installation has been complete.

 

In this conversation we will ask for feedback about the discovery and implementation process, the product and any remaining gaps that need to be addressed.

First Invoice

When your first invoice is issued, we will make sure to contact you proactively to go over services and rates to ensure full transparency.
